Congratulations Liz Tynan for winning the 2017 Prime Minister's Literary Award for Australian History

We are delighted to announce that Elizabeth Tynan's 'Atomic Thunder: The Maralinga Story' has received the 2017 Prime Minister's Literary Award for Australian History. The judges said, 'This well-executed work offers compelling and at times shocking information about an exercise that has been mired in secrecy and controversy for decades.' Tynan received the award, and $80,000 in prize money, at a ceremony in Canberra on 1 December. Our congratulations to all shortlisted authors.
