Complete data files
These files are complete data files contained in a zip file. They are in either tab delimited format which can be opened in Excel or ONIX which is the standard industry format.

These files are updated each week or on the first week of the month with the latest data.

Sales Kit files
Below are the links for pdf order forms that correspond to the sales kits used by our sales representatives. Each Sales Kit also has a corresponding ONIX file and optionally an Excel file.
We supply 3 separate ONIX files. A complete ONIX file in AUD (with book marketing annotations), an ONIX file (without marketing annotations), or a complete NZD ONIX file .

Charge Forward Terms

The following Charge Forward terms will apply to account customers;

  • all orders to be clearly marked / identified "Charge Forward" (there will no variations or exceptions to orders not identified in this manner)
  • For secondary school suppliers, titles will be invoiced and supplied from November 2010 - due and payable 28 February 2012
  • for tertiary educational suppliers, titles will be invoiced and supplied from December 2010 (unless requested earlier) - due and payable 31 March 2012.
  • Sometimes changes in secondary study patterns for Year 11/12 students require the text is supplied earlier than November and that may require us to vary the Charge Forward period. These are considered on an individual basis.
